By default, the Webex Meetings installer sets up the application to start on login. This documentation will highlight how to disable this functionality on both Mac and Windows operating systems.

1. Search for and open 'Cisco Webex Meetings'.
2. Locate the cog wheel at the top right of the window and select 'Preferences'.
3. Under the 'General' tab, deselect 'Start Cisco Webex Meetings desktop app when Windows starts'.
